I’m Elpi Pamiadaki. Executive business coach, board advisor, and exited founder. I bring together decades of commercial experience with a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

My career has spanned boardrooms and wellness rooms, spreadsheets and self-work. I started out at EY, then moved into strategic advisory and business planning, helping owner-managed companies prepare for investment and exit. I later built and exited my own consultancy, and have since served as a board advisor across sectors including wellness, retail, engineering, professional services and technology.

In 2015, after a 5-year career break to focus on personal projects and raise my son, I founded The Secret Spa – a boutique wellness brand known for excellence, warmth, and real heart. We partnered with The Hut Group, were runners up for Boutique Spa of the Year, and built a loyal client base grounded in trust and our client journey. In 2025, I exited the business to reclaim time, energy, and alignment with my next chapter.

Born in Canada to Greek parents, I carry my heritage with pride. From the grounding values of family and generosity to the fire that drives me to keep growing. That fire was tested when I reached burnout. As a mother, a partner, and a founder, I’d been holding everything, until I couldn’t. What followed was a deep unraveling… and a slow, powerful rebuilding.

That journey became the foundation of my upcoming book, Not Yours to Hold – a guide to releasing emotional baggage, rewiring thought patterns, and reclaiming peace. It blends personal experience with neuroscience and practical tools, written for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, overwhelmed or emotionally saturated.

Today, I work with leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to make bold decisions with clarity – not chaos. I run workshops, speak on emotional resilience, and help people reconnect with their inner authority so they can move forward without burning out.
